Hell yeah Kyle Vincent to me is the best musician/writer for the excellent soothing more adult contemporary genre.
Those who love Kyle should also check out Johnny Vance...aka Johnny Vamp/Skin & Bones.
He's gone acoustic and somewhat of the same style as kyle.

I absolutely love his song "I Miss Arianne" I think it's called from his first solo album.Candy were like some brilliant cross between the Rasberries and early Hanoi Rocks.I can't wait to buy their recent release "Teenage Neon Jungle",that whole fun boppy strain of west coast glam so polular on this board owes a quiet nod at least to Candy for "Whatever Happened To Fun" sortof like the A.M. radio super pop camaro cruisin' top down cool browdried guy's "Into the Valley Of The Dolls" or somethin...Pure brilliance I heard they just hadda reunion of some kind.Candy were undoubtedly greats but the ego in that band was s'posed to be unfathomable.Kyle had a great setta pipes,I guess Wally Bryson or somebody played gtr in the studio but word has it there's loads of raw stuff floatin round where Gilby Clark'e playin rough n tumble shades of Bob Derwood Andrews or JT.I'd love to heart it.Is Johnathon Daniel writing songs anymore? Are the Loveless over? Anybody hear Electric Shane's band Blue Movie? I liked it better when Kyle still liked rawk, but he's gotta do what makes him happy I guess. Some of his more indulgent Carpenters stuff just makes Rick Springfield sound like Slayer.Candy were alot like the Babies but much "kooler" whatever that mans.Sorry for babbling on and on...
